The October 13, 2020 meeting of the Reidsville City Council will be held at 6 p.m. in the City's RCARE/Senior Center, 201 North Washington Avenue. (Agenda Packet) Due to the continued rise of COVID-19 in Rockingham County, Mayor Donecker will be attending in person at RCARE while other Council members will be attending via Zoom. The public is invited to attend the meeting, which will also be livestreamed on the City of Reidsville's YouTube Channel.

Social distancing guidelines will be followed. Members of the public can enter through the designated entrance of RCARE beginning at 5:30 p.m. the day of Council meeting. They will be allowed to watch the livestream in the dining area and enter the gymnasium for the meeting during the public comments portion of the meeting or any public hearings and or recognitions/presentations of which they are a part. While these efforts are being made to ensure people can have access to the meeting, residents are encouraged to stay home and watch the livestream if they have that capability.

The September 28, 2020 special meeting of the Reidsville City Council will be held in Council Chambers at Reidsville City Hall, 230 West Morehead Street. The public is invited to attend the special meeting, where the items are a second public hearing relative to the City's intention to apply for FY 2020 CDBG funding under Title 1 of the Housing and Community Development Grant and consideration of the City's Main Street Champion nomination. (See Special Meeting Notice.) The meeting will begin at 3 p.m. and the front door closest to the Police Department will open at 2:30 p.m. to allow in interested persons planning to attend the special meeting. Social distancing guidelines of people being no closer than six feet will be followed.

The September 23, 2020 special meeting of the Reidsville City Council will be held in Council Chambers at Reidsville City Hall, 230 West Morehead Street. The public is invited to attend the special meeting, where the only item is a public hearing relative to the City's intention to apply for FY 2020 CDBG funding under Title 1 of the Housing and Community Development Grant. (See Special Meeting Notice.) The meeting will begin at 10 a.m. and the front door closest to the Police Department will open at 9:30 a.m. to allow in interested persons planning to attend the special meeting. Social distancing guidelines of people being no closer than six feet will be followed.

The September 8, 2020 meeting of the Reidsville City Council will be held in the City's RCARE/Senior Center, 201 North Washington Avenue, to allow the Council to meet in person.
