 vember 9th meeting\, which will be livestreamed via the City of\nReidsvill
 e's YouTube Channel.\n\nMembers of the public can enter through the front 
 door of City Hall\nclosest to the Police Department beginning at 5:30 p.m.
  the day of\nCouncil meeting. If Council Chambers are filled to capacity\,
  visitors\nwill be allowed to watch the livestream in designated areas of 
 City\nHall and may enter Council Chambers during the public comments porti
 on\nof the meeting or any public hearings and or\nrecognitions/presentatio
