Written proposals should be sent to Angela Stadler, City Clerk, 230 West Morehead St, Reidsville, North Carolina, 27320, clearly marked "Installment Purchase for 2025-2026 - Sealed Proposal" (Facsimile or e-mail copies are acceptable on date of proposal opening only to astadler@reidsvillenc.gov) and should be received no later than 9:00 A.M. on May 1, 2026. Please note that the terms of this RFP and your response thereto will be incorporated into the terms of the final agreement if your firm is the successful proposer.
