Final Section of City Parking Lot to Be Re-striped Oct. 8th

The Reidsville Public Works Department has been making improvements to the public parking lot between Morehead and Gilmer Streets.

Crews have been re-striping the parking spaces in the lot in three sections. The final section of the lot will be closed partially on Wednesday, October 8, 2025, while the improvements are being made. This section of the parking lot is closest to Main Street.

Areas of the parking lot will be cordoned off in the early morning hours for the re-striping to be done. The paint dries fairly quickly, and Public Works officials expect the spaces to be released for parking by the next day.
