Request for Proposals For Financed Vehicles Purchase

The City of Reidsville will accept proposals for the financing of Public Works vehicles and a Fire Engine totaling $1,553,600.   Proposals will be opened in the Council Chambers of City Hall on May 1, 2026, at 9:00 A.M.  The request for proposals may be obtained from Chris Phillips, Finance Director, at 230 W. Morehead St., Reidsville, NC 27320.  If you have any questions, you may call the Finance Department at 336-349-1050.

The City of Reidsville reserves the right to reject any and all proposals.

You may request an accommodation for a disabling condition in order to attend the proposal opening.  If you have not already made a request, you may do so with the City's ADA Coordinator Angela Stadler at 336-349-1040.  Such request should be made at least 24 hours prior to the opening.
