The Department of Human Resources consists of the Director of Human Resources, and the Human Resources Analyst. This department operates under the supervision of the Assistant City Manager for Administration. The Human Resources team remains proactive in monitoring emerging trends in human resource management and staying current with changes in federal, state, and local employment laws. The department is led by the Director of Human Resources, Leigh Anne Bassinger, who provides strategic leadership and guidance in advancing these efforts.
