The City is planning a free Community Lake Day at Lake Hunt to share possible plans for this untapped treasure from 10 a.m. until 2 p.m. Representatives from McGill Engineering will be on hand to get feedback from the community on what they’d like to see at the lake as McGill develops a Lake Hunt Master Plan. Plans are still being made, but the event may also include representatives from Stormwater Smart and the City’s Parks & Recreation Department. City staff is working to get a possible lake paddle event during the Community Lake Day. Hot dogs and Kona Ice will be available for attendees.
